About The Alpine

The Alpine Restaurant was founded in 1966 by four owners. Since then, two left over 30 years ago, and Ermannos last partner, Giuseppe Gagliardi retired six years ago. Currently the Alpine is owned and operated exclusively by Ermanno Tonizzo. Ermanno hails from Northern Italy and brought with him outstanding culinary excellence. He has carried his traditions for over 40 years and the food is still as spectacular as it was in the 60's. His delicious food, fabulous portions and familiarity with his customers has kept the restaurant a staple in many peoples lives.

We have had the privilege of a wide range of patrons. The wall that greets you as you enter the restaurant tells a story of its own. From politicians (including President George Bush Senior ), to athletes, celebrities, and absolutely wonderful patrons that over the years we have been blessed to call our friends. The Alpine wants to know its diners. Our patrons come in the kitchen to say hello, and Ermanno enjoys the honor of greeting his patrons.

We have a sports bar/ lounge which is the only
smoking area in the restaurant. Stop in for your
favorite cocktail, or come in to hear Pianist
Larry Maher during happy hour.

Chef Ermanno can always be found in
the kitchen preparing his outstanding dishes.

The Alpine has a seating capacity of over 250 people. There are six different rooms, one surely to please everyones dining experience.
